Generating income from vacant warehouse space: 999 Lee Street
Situation: This 100,000 square foot warehouse in had sat vacant for several years. The owners did not wish to spend substantial monies on renovations or construction.
Solution: The Brun Company was retained to lease and manage the property. One third of the building was leased to the Fulton County Department of Family and Children's Services, who needed economically priced, full-service offices in the area. The owners obtained a substantially higher income from this newly created office space than they would have earned if the building had simply been leased for warehouse use.
